Jamey, Metal bands start out hardcore because they are angry, motivated, however you define it, but over time, it seems that once a certain level of success is achieved that some bands lose their edge. Get soft. They lose some of that fire that got them there and it's almost like complacency sets in. You hear it in the music and the lyrics, and see it at their shows. Do you agree? What is your secret to maintaining the same level of energy that you guys started with 20 yrs ago?

I just look around at what's going on in the world and it keeps me motivated. There's always stuff happening that gives me a charge and makes me want to write/create. It's the touring that can burn me out sometimes but the creative part is the good part. I write lyrics, riffs, do art, draw etc
