Can you get Dave Navarro on the podcast?
I would love that
Hey Jamey! Do you feel that your decisions to stop drinking and focus on your family and goals has influenced your fans and friends? There's been so many musicians falling victim to drugs and alcohol lately that it's great to have some who has stepped up and has been kicking ass ever since. The world needs to clone a few thousand more of you! You and your band needs all the recognition for relaying such aggressive and uplifting music... Thank God for Hatebreed!Jamey Jasta responded on 05/17/2015 Next question
I know these may be outside the core target group, but for real - Adelitas Way frontman Rick DeJesus and Hinder drummer/defacto leader/songwriter Cody hanson would be really interesting interviews. Check out some recent interviews Rick's given lately - he pulls no punches, talks frankly about the state of the industry, and about the troubles he's had with his band. Cody's in a similar situation - a multiplatinum rock band trying to get their career back on track. I think both dudes would be great "rock and roll is/is not dead," music industry insider-type interviews. I also think both would be eager to be on your podcast - they're both doing a bunch of press right now. You're the man Jamey! Your podcast is EXACTLY the kind of podcast I've been hoping for - music industry insight, great stories, and you offer a personal look into musicians I care about that regular interviewers can't get because of your standing in the industry. Keep it up! Looking forward to seeing you at Rockville!Jamey Jasta responded on 05/17/2015
